The ACE compact engine idea is the next generation power pack for future business and sport airplanes. This compact engine is especially attractive and competitive with single engine system because of its higher level of safety and efficiency. It is the new solution in the field of engine for Small and General Aviation protected by copyright law - patent (M. & D. Debski). The system allows to: · - build twin engine aircraft with single engine mount, · - security ( ACE ó two engine), · - gyroscope and torque moments are zeroed, · - vibration level is reduced, · - aerodynamic drag is reduced.
We expect application of the system particularly in business aviation and in highly manoeuvre (aerobatics) light aircraft the solution is possible also with modification of existing (piston) engines. Our research potential allows us to put great effort into our future co-operation including designing, building and testing the prototype of the ACE engine.
